The main grievance of the petitioner is that he is unable to enter the property. To that effect, inspite of approaching the learned Executive Magistrate, there is no remedy available to her.

Having considered that the property refers to as a joint property, I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the appropriate forum for necessary remedies. The police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach

of any peace and/or tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8809 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
