Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he does not have any instruction whether the repairing has been made by the private respondent in terms of the order passed by the Court.

Learned counsel for the private respondents produces a photograph in support of the submission that the 10-inch wall has been constructed pursuant to the last order passed by the Court on January 10, 2025.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to pass any further order in the matter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, the pending applications - CAN No.1 of 2021, CAN No.2 of 2022 and CAN No.3 of 2023 - are also disposed of.
