Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the appeal (F.M.A. 677 of 2022) and the stay application (CAN 2 of 2022) by directing the learned court below to decide the application for grant of probate pending before it by 20th December, 2023, preferably.

The impugned interim order shall continue till the disposal of the probate case.
