The alleged contemnor, Mr. Biswajit Ghosh, Inspector-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station is present in Court.

A report dated 13th June, 2023 is filed explaining that the order dated 19th January, 2023 has been complied with and the pathway has been free since 22nd February, 2023. The report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station dated 13th June, 2023 is kept with the record.

The pathway shall be kept open and any obstruction created by any third party may be removed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station. However, it is clarified that the same shall be subject to any order of Civil Court or any Statutory Authority. 4.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
