1. The order dated 3rd May, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the second line of paragraph three on the first page of the order dated 3rd May, 2024, the expression "Technical Secretary" shall stand corrected to read as "Special Secretary". The spelling of the word "April" in the third line of third paragraph on the first page of the said order shall stand corrected accordingly.

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 3rd May, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 3rd May, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
