The petitioner seeks one-time settlement (OTS). 2.

It appears that the proposal of the petitioner was initially accepted by the authority and a specific amount was mentioned by the West Bengal Financial Corporation to be deposited by the petitioner within a specified time limit. The petitioner failed to deposit the sum within the time specified by the Financial Corporation.

As the petitioner failed to act as per the terms and conditions accepted in the OTS proposal, accordingly, it can be taken that the OTS proposal has failed.

In view of the above, it will be open for the Financial Corporation to take steps in the matter strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

made available to the parties.
