On request of the learned Counsel appearing for the appellants, the matter was fixed on August 26, 2022 for withdrawal.

None had appeared for the appellant on that day, nor any memo was filed for withdrawal of the appeal. In view of such fact, the matter was directed to be listed today i.e. on August 31, 2022 "Withdrawal". Today also none appears for the parties, despite sufficient notice to the learned Counsel for the parties. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
