This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 20th December, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction for consideration of the representation, the Pradhan being the respondent no. 2 has taken no steps in the matter.

On behalf of respondent no. 2, it is submitted that despite a notice being served on the petitioner, the petitioner failed to appear on the date of hearing. Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, Advocate appearing on

behalf of the State alongwith Ms. Priyanka Jana appears on behalf of the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that the hearing has been fixed on 21st August, 2025.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of respondent no. 2 that initial steps have been taken in compliance with the order dated 20th December, 2024, and the proceeding would be expeditiously concluded, no further order is passed in this proceeding.

The alleged contemnor no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation within a period of one month from date positively.

With the above directions, CPAN 626 of 2025 in WPA 20009 of 2022 stands disposed of.
