He submits that the jurisdictional Court understood such order to mean that the petitioner should be appearing every day irrespective of the matter being fixed for the particular date or not. The order dated May 12, 2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner inter alia on the condition that the petitioner shall appear every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused. The order dated May 13, 2022 is clarified to mean that the petitioner shall appear on every date fixed for the matter before the jurisdictional Court in connection with subject police case.
