Mr. Anil Kumar Chattopadhyay ....for the petitioner At the time of call though writ petitioner is represented by learned advocate but he is not in a position to press this writ petition due to want of instructions. The matter was heard on 9th August, 2023 when no one appeared for the petitioner and subsequently the same was fixed for further consideration on 21st August, 2023. On 21st August, 2023 the matter was taken up for consideration when the learned advocate for the petitioner prayed for accommodation to come better prepared.

In view of aforesaid situation it appears that petitioner has lost interest.

Writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
