Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are some technical defects in the writ petition for which the petitioners seek to leave withdraw the writ petition with a prayer to file afresh.

WPA 7749 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to file afresh on the selfsame subjectmatter. No order as to costs.
