This is an application wherefrom it appears that the main prayer is for remanding the matter back to decide the matter on merits of the case.

Yesterday, I directed the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to place before this court a list of dates along with the documents showing that the order that was passed in the appeal was decided and communicated to the petitioners. Such list of dates and the documents have been filed today. I am not giving any importance to the list of dates in the facts and circumstances of the case. I am only giving importance to the communication dated 7th August, 2019 at 1.03 p.m. being the rejection

order in respect of the tax period of December 17, January 18, February 18 and March 18. This e-mail shows one Sourav Ganguly sent this to one Samar Kumar Ghosh and also the same communication records that to Sourav Ganguly, the four rejection orders of the above period were sent on 7th August, 2019.

In view of the fact, I do not find any merit in this matter and the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
