It is submitted by the learned advocate for the State that investigation has been supervised by the Deputy Superintendent of Police. A warrant has been obtained against the accused persons. It has not been executed till now. The accused persons are evading arrest.

It is also submitted by the advocate for the State that the Police have information that the accused may be attempting to flee the country. Steps have been taken to obtain look out notices. The photographs of the accused persons shall be circulated at all appropriate exit points.

It is expected that the accused persons are apprehended expeditiously. The investigation into the FIR must be completed within a period of two months from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
