1. Petitioners submit victim had developed a romantic relationship with petitioner no. 1. However, the relationship broke. As a result, he committed suicide. They pray for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State submits victim had been harassed by petitioner no. 1 and her relations, i.e. petitioner nos. 2 to 4 herein. Hence, has committed suicide.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner no. 1 and the victim had a romantic relationship. The relationship did not survive. As a result, he was depressed and committed suicide. He has not left behind any suicide note. In this background, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not Signed By :

necessary and the petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition they shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
