Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. The second petitioner obtained a loan from the de facto complaint and in respect of such loan there is a document. He refers to the supplementary affidavit.

Supplementary affidavit filed in Court be taken on record.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners were involved in trying to secure a Government job to the de facto complainant in lieu of money. He submits that fake appointment letters and other documents were sent to the de facto complainant by the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from

the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 2130 of 2022 is dismissed.
