Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury reports of the victim. Two victims suffered injuries. Both the injuries apparently are severe to dangerous and severe. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the materials in the

case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2129 of 2022 is dismissed.
