The petitioner is thirty years old, whose father does not want her to stay with him. She claims to have been evicted and his now living with friends and relatives. It appears from the records that TS No.22 of 2023 has been filed by the father, which is now pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Nabadwip, Nadia.

The petitioner may seek appropriate relief by filing a counter claim in the said suit or take out independent civil or other proceedings to assert any rights against the parents.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
