Pinaki Mukherjee v. State Of West Bengal & ORS
WPA 6491 of 2020 with C.A.N. 1 of 2020 (Old No. C.A.N. 5165 of 2020) (VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) 29.09.2020 KC Pinaki Mukherjee Vs.
The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Robiul Islam Mr. Argha Chakraborty Ms. Paramita Banerjee.
... for the petitioner.
CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CAN 5165 of 2020) is disposed of by taking up the writ petition for consideration. Petitioner assails an e-auction notice dated December 27, 2013.
On a query from the Court as to whether the petitioner participated in the e-auction tender process, learned advocate for the petitioner in his usual fairness submits that, the petitioner did not participate therein. The petitioner not having participated in the subject e-tender process, I am of the view that no legal right of the petitioner stands violated through the impugned etender process. Therefore, I am not minded to interfere in the e-tender process at the behest of the petitioner.
W.P.A. 6491 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
