Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, he has instructions to not press this petition on obtaining leave to file afresh as subsequent events have happened. Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate, Junior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and opposes the prayer. He submits, affidavit has been filed and on knowing the defence, petitioners now want to withdraw the case, which they know will not succeed. Court has not gone into the dispute. As such, Court is inclined to allow the prayer of petitioners to not press this writ petition and file afresh.
