And In Re : Yasir Subhani @ Yassar Subhani ...... petitioner Mr. Dipanjan Dutt Ms. Priyanka Sarkar ....for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ....for the State Stab injuries were suffered by the victim, which was classified as grievous hurt.

Victim names the petitioner as the person involved in the group, which assaulted him.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1569 of 2023 is dismissed.
