Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The writ petitioner claims that his factory was sealed by the Police after an explosion occurred in a business running adjacent to the petitioner.

The report of the Police indicates that the writ petitioner himself is an accused. There are other parts of the report, which indicate that the property-in-question is jointly owned by all the accused persons in connection with FIR No. 52 of 2023.

For releasing of any property, which is the subject matter of investigation and/or for securing thereof, the petitioner may approach the Magistrate, inter alia, under the provisions of Chapter 34 of the Cr. P. C.

No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
