1. Petitioner submits he is an Indian citizen. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State contends petitioner had harboured Bangladeshi national.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner aided and abetted Bangladeshis to illegally reside in India.

4. In view of the nature of the offence and as there is possibility of commission of similar offence in future, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. C.R.M. (A) No. 1178 of 2024 is dismissed.
