The writ petition earlier appeared on 12.12.2024 when an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. Today, when the petition has been called, none represented the petitioner. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Kazi Sajjad Alam, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State.

His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the petitioner not being interested to pursue the present writ petition, WPA 9525 of 2024 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
