Sr. Counsel Mr. Tarak Karan ...for the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of his representation dated 24th December, 2004, inter alia, for granting postgraduate scale of pay. Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, Senior Advocate appears on behalf of the State Authorities and fairly submits that the records pertaining to this case are not made available nor is there any rejection of the consideration of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid WPA/6941/2007 is disposed of by granting the writ petitioner an opportunity to make a comprehensive representation afresh in accordance with law with the respondent no. 2-District Inspector of Schools, Paschim Midnapore. The petitioner shall file such representation positively within two weeks from date. Upon receipt of the
representation, the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and disposed of the same after giving a right of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Nothing in this order is to be construed as an adjudication on the merits of the representation. With the aforesaid directions, WPA /6941/2007 is disposed of.
