In response to a vacancy notice dated 12th February, 2019 the petitioner applied for obtaining MR dealership on March 11, 2019. An enquiry was conducted on February 16, 2022 when the petitioner remained present.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, since thereafter no intimation has been given to her with regard to the fate of her application.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits upon instruction that the matter is under process and the petitioner will be intimated as soon as a decision is taken with regard to her application.

As it appears that the matter is still under process by the respondent authorities, the instant writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondent authorities to conclude the process of filling up the vacancies at the earliest and intimate the petitioner the fate of her application.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
