The petitioner has filed the present writ application being WPA 9140 of 2026 challenging the impugned order dated March 24, 2026 wherein the Bank has declared the company as well as the petitioner as fraud. The contention of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the Bank has not served the Forensic Audit Report and the document relied by the Bank while issuing the show-cause notice and the willful defaulter order. The petitioner has filed a writ application being WPA 1633 of 2026. During the pendency of the said writ petition, the Bank has passed the impugned order declaring the petitioner as fraud. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court on January 13, 2026 read with the corrected order dated January 22, 2026 in WPA 28686 of 2025, the Bank was of the view that Harish Bagla is the husband of the petitioner herein and as such, there is no necessity to serve again the document to the petitioner herein, thus, the Bank has passed the
impugned order by declaring the account of the petitioner is fraud.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner being WPA 1633 of 2026, was disposed of by this Court today by directing the Bank to serve the Forensic Audit Report along with any of the document which the Bank has relied upon at the time of issuance of show-cause notice and willful default order is set aside and accordingly, the impugned order dated March 24, 2026 is set aside and quashed only with respect of the present petitioner namely, Archana Bagla.

This order will not prevent the Bank to pass appropriate order against the petitioner after receipt of the supplementary reply if any filed by the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPA 1633 of 2026. 5.
WPA 9140 of 2026 is disposed of.
