1. This matter was heard and order was dictated in open Court on May 20, 2026. While going through the file in course of correcting and finalising the draft dictated order, I realised that I had at one point of time appeared for one of the directors of the petitioner company in an unrelated matter.

However, since, I have appeared for one of the directors of the petitioner company therefor I am not inclined to deal with this matter. The unsigned order that was dictated on May 20, 2026 is recalled.

2. Let this matter stand released from this list and be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
