Under no circumstance the petitioners could have filed the instant writ petition as a joint one. The writ petition is deemed to have been dismissed in respect of the petitioner nos. 2 to 20. The petitioner No. 1 claims to be aggrieved by the follow up action in connection with the aptitude test for recruitment of Primary Teachers 2009-2010 conducted by the District Primary School Council, Howrah.

The petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2020 long after the entire recruitment process is over. No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case at such a delayed stage.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
