Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Mr. Hossain, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Liluah PS, HPC along with settlement and declaration. Let the report be kept with the record. The case arose out of a matrimonial discord and as such in view of the intention expressed by both the parties that they have filed for divorce by mutual consent and the lady do not intend to proceed with the present case, accordingly, all further proceedings arising out of Liluah P. S. Case No 42 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021 under Sections 498A/406/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code including the chargesheet submitted therein which is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah is hereby quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal

revisional application being CRR 1323 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
