Statement of the minor prima facie implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Petitioner is a married person and the plea that there was love affair between the parties appears to be patently absurd.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
