The petitioner's grievance is that at the time of verification of documents, he was not allowed to show the Exempted Category Certificate. In this regard he wrote one letter dated 30.12.2020 and also made a representation dated 25.11.2022.
I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to look into the matter and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner when the petitioner shall have liberty to be represented through his learned advocate. On that date the petitioner will carry all his papers and documents. After hearing the petitioner, a reasoned order is to be passed by two weeks thereafter and the order is to be communicated to the petitioner by one week thereafter.
With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
