In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, no prior service of notice on the opposite parties is deemed necessary.

C. O. No. 1043 of 2021of is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Third Court at Howrah, alternatively any other Court in charge of the matters of such Court, to dispose of all the applications pending the said court in connection with Title Suit No. 266 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order to the court below. Upon disposal of all the applications, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the suit itself, as expeditiously as its roster permits.

The petitioners shall communicate this order, along with a server copy of this order, to the court below, as well as to the plaintiff-opposite party no. 1 and/or the learned advocate appearing for the said opposite party no. 1 in the court below, at the earliest.

The trial court shall act on the written communication of the learned advocate for the petitioner, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
