Let their appointments be regularised by the learned Public Prosecutor. This is an application for expeditious disposal of the case being G.R. Case No. 100/03 under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/354 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raghunathpur, Purulia.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case, out of eleven witnesses, only nine witnesses have been examined so far and thereafter, there has been no effective progress in the trial. It appears that it is an old case of the year 2003. In view of the aforesaid, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raghunathpur, Purulia to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of one year without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
