1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. In spite of service, the school is not represented.

3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject BioScience(Pass) at Monglapota High School, Paschim Medinipur.

4. The petitioner has made an application for transfer on own seeking spouse medical ground.

5. The said application is pending.

6. The respondent no. 6 is directed to consider such application and if satisfied, shall issue the requisite 'No Objection Certificate' upon obtaining medical opinion of the BMOH and forward the same to the respondent no. 5 by May 31, 2026.

7. If the application is allowed, the District Inspector of School (SE) will take all consequential steps to expedite the mater in accordance with transfer Rules, preferably within four weeks from the receipt of the application from the school.

8. The suspension of 'Utsashree Portal' will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode.

9. With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

10. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
