In view of our earlier order, the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 3 are personally present today.

However, Mr.

Sandip Kumar Bhattacharyya, learned counsel representing the contemnors, submits that the contemnor no. 2 is unable to present due to official duty.

Mr. Bhattacharyya has further submitted that two applications have been filed for recalling of our order dated 10th February, 2023 and the petitioners have filed an application for contempt before the Central Administrative Tribunal and the said matter is fixed before the Tribunal on 17th March, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, we direct the alleged contemnors to file an affidavit disclosing the steps taken by them after the disposal of the review petition and the final order, if any, passed in the mean time on or before the adjourned date upon prior service to the learned advocate representing the applicants/petitioners.

Let this matter appear on 23rd March, 2023.

Further appearance of all the alleged contemnors are dispensed with for the time being.
