Mr. Chowdhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has filed an application being CAN 3 of 2020 seeking modification of the order dated August 25, 2020 by which the revisional application was disposed of.

Mr. Chowdhury on instruction submits that his client does not want to press the application rather will seek appropriate order before the Learned Trial Judge.

In view of such submission of Mr. Chowdhury, the application being CAN 3 of 2020 is treated as on day's list and is dismissed as not pressed.

The connected urgency application being CAN 2 of 2020 is also disposed of accordingly.
