Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the Officer-in-Charge, Rajabagan Police Station on or about 20th April, 2022 in respect of the accusations against unknown persons who had been erecting wall by damaging the residential house and disconnecting the electricity as well as breaking the toilet, thereby obstructing the free egress and ingress, no steps were taken by the police authorities. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Barnali Gupta, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the nature of complaint addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Rajabagan Police Station, I

am of the view that if the same inconvenience is faced by the petitioner, petitioner would inform the concerned police station. The said police station would act in accordance with law on receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8420 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
