1. Petitioner submits she is a specially challenged lady. She has been falsely implicated. She prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others attacked the victims. They suffered acid burn injuries. Statements of the victims implicate the petitioner in the crime. Nature of disability of the petitioner does not render the allegation wholly improbable.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
