Mina ... for the State The Block Development Officer, Patashpur-I Development Block being the alleged contemnor no.3 is present in Court today as per direction passed on January 24, 2023. Affidavit has been filed on his behalf. Upon perusal of the affidavits filed on behalf of the Block Development Officer and the Distribution Company, I am of the view that there is no deliberate contumacious action of the respondents/contemnors. In light of the above observation, no further order needs to be passed in this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. Contempt rule is discharged. Contempt proceeding is dropped. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.
