1. Petitioner submits he is the husband of the sister-in-law of the deceased. He has been falsely implicated. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State submits petitioner had entered into an illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased. In collusion with each another they committed murder.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a conspirator in the murder. He had entered into a conspiracy with the wife of the deceased to kill the latter.

4. In view of gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
