Petitioner complains that he is being obstructed from affixing a padlock and installation of a gate which according to the petitioner are being interfered by the private respondents and the police authorities are hand in gloves with the private respondents, as such the petitioner is unable to implement the installation of the gate and affixing the padlock.

The writ petition reflects that TS No.

488/2025 is pending before the learned 3rd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore. Dates have been fixed. Learned advocate for the

petitioner submits that he is not a party to the said suit.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions so advanced on behalf of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report. I have considered the submissions. Having regard to the nature of the prayers advanced, I am of the view that there is no scope of interference by this Court. It would be the petitioner, if so advised, to approach the jurisdictional civil court for the nature of the remedies sought for.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8746 of 2025 is disposed of.
