Though previously directions have been made for obtaining LCR and also for preparation of paper book, record reveals that there is no formal order of admission of this appeal, made as yet. Record further reveals that the appeal is defective being not preferred within the period of limitation. The defect is not yet removed, in spite of specific direction of this Court for removal of such defect. It is noted that the appeal pertains to the year 2011. Considering the long pendency of the appeal and the fact that no one is representing the appellant, it is found proper that the appeal be taken up for disposal on the ground that the same is not maintainable being barred by limitation.

Accordingly, CRR 221 of 2011 is dismissed being barred by limitation.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
