Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the manner in which investigation was progressing in connection with Khejuri P.S. Case No.600 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

Records reflect that last of such representation was sent on 22.01.2024 to the superior officer of police.

Having regard to the fact that the case was registered on 04.10.2023 and more than 11⁄2 years are over, I am of the view that in case the report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. has not been submitted, the police authorities would conclude the investigation and submit the charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court. In the alternative, if charge-sheet has been submitted, petitioner would ventilate her grievance before the jurisdictional court. Learned jurisdictional court would assess and ascertain regarding the

contents of such grievance of the petitioner and thereafter pass orders as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9509 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
