Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya, Mr. Ashim Halder, Ms. Moupiya De, Mr. Shyamal Sarkar .......for the petitioner Mr. Shamim ul Bari ...for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Parta, Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the School Service Commission submits that his client is willing to accommodate the petitioner as far as possible subject to availability of the vacancy in a girls' school.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client has chosen one Gobardanga Ichapur M.N.G.S.

Balika Vidyalaya, Gobardanga, Village- Ichapore, Post Office- Gobardanga Ichapore, District- North 24 Parganas, for her posting.

Petitioner shall personally meet the Chairman of the School Service Commission on August 26, 2022 at 1 p.m.

The parties shall agree and finalize posting of the petitioner in a suitable vacancy in such meeting.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
