At this stage the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that since the petitioner seeks relaxation of condition on which bail was granted to him, he wants to withdraw this revisional application with a liberty to file an application under section 439(2) of the Code.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application under section 439(2) of the Code on the self-same ground. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
