Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody in terms of an order passed under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the deposition of the prosecution witnesses. Considering the fact that the petitioner did not challenge the order passed invoking Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 1261 of 2022 is rejected.
