The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The application being CRAN 4259 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 5845 of 2020 is disposed of.
