It appears that the revisional applications were earlier dismissed on 26.08.2019 and against the said order of dismissal application was filed seeking restoration of the revisional applications to their original file and number and that prayer of restoration was allowed by this Court on 22.03.2023. It further appears that the revisional applications are pending since the years 2002 and 2003 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with these cases. Accordingly, the revisional applications being CO/2611/2003 and CO/1433/2002 are dismissed for default.

Consequently, application being CAN/3120/2007 filed in connection with the revisional application being CO/2611/2003 is also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
