Having regard to the contentions advanced in this revisional application, I grant liberty to the petitioner to canvass the issues raised herein at the time of trial and final arguments of the case before the learned Special Court. With the aforesaid directions, the revisional application being CRR 1194 of 2021 is disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
