In the fourth line of 4th paragraph of order dated 17th April, 2023, the words 'to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lalbagh, Murshidabad' be read as 'to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad'. Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
